we learned there’s one thing the city of San Francisco needs much like in real estate it needs a down payment and no not a down payment on this but a down payment on a big one of these because the city of San Francisco it [Music] e a bunch it’s C we’re coming for you San Francisco we’re going to fix your problem one CAU at a time time 2021 I ran for governor of California and I won San Francisco against the Larry Elder who is threatening to take down Gavin Nome which I stood for as well who is also a disastrous mayor for San Francisco it is both Gavin Nome and London breed who have destroyed San Francisco but this video is not to tell you that London breed is worse than Vladimir Putin because she changes the rules of Elections to give her more time in office yes that’s exactly what she did she took advantage of Edward Lee’s death and in a special election in 2018 came into Power then rather having her next election be in 2022 she wanted to make elections easier for you and align the election with 2024’s presidential cycle that essentially gave her an extra two years in office two more years for her to use the mayor’s slush fund for her crony capitalism and her crony politics that destroy San Francisco just like Gavin Newsome was destroying San Francisco well folks I say it’s time for change I say it’s time for us to invoke the Javier Malay and take a chainsaw to the budget of this city/county we’re unique we’re both a city and a county but we’ve got to start at the top we got to cut the head off of the Goliath of this monster of this Leviathan and finally right this city/county because the people of San Francisco aren’t the problem it’s not the Board of Supervisors it’s not Californians it’s the politicians at the top specifically London breed and she has to go because the only difference between her and Vladimir Putin changing the election calendar to benefit her is the fact that Vladimir Putin has cleaned streets and no homeless

Emergency Measures for Public Safety

but that’s not what we have with London breed because the money with London breed is going to her her pockets and her crony’s Pockets not to the people of San Francisco don’t get me wrong I’m sure Putin is pocketing a lot himself as well but let’s be real anything even close to Putin at this point is better than what London breed has given San Francisco and that is a disgrace because San Francisco used to be the epitome of the Golden State of California now the only thing we’re winning gold in is homelessness miserable School in a massive budget deficit of almost $1 billion and that’s going to get worse and worse and worse in time we don’t have Safe Streets people who are born and raised in San Francisco want to leave because they are embarrassed by what San Francisco has become this is a lawless City with law enforcement officers who feel handicapped who can’t even enforce the law and it’s all been driven by your defund the police mayor London breed she’s tried to U-turn but it’s too late it’s too late do not give London breed more time in office it is time for dramatic change we’re going to make this dramatic change exceptionally simple

Addressing Homelessness and Public Health

number one we are going to declare fiscal bankruptcy no we’re not going to walk away from our debts but we are going to write the ship of San Francisco by declaring bankruptcy it’s a chapter 9 version of bankruptcy for municipalities and we are going to reorganize this with a proper budget we are going to stop start from the bottom up not the top down we are going to stop all payments and then we’re going to build where it matters we’re going to start with our schools and our public transportation and we’re going to start with safety California starting with San Francisco will end nasty streets drug induced streets homelessness there will not be a single homeless person sleeping on our streets in the city of San Francisco or the county of San Francisco same thing basically I guarantee it how are we going to do that very simple after we declare bankruptcy

Challenges Posed by City Leadership under Gavin Newsome and London Breed

Financial Mismanagement and Crony Politics

London Breed’s manipulation of election rules to extend her time in office, coupled with mismanagement of funds for personal gain and crony capitalism, has led to a deteriorating situation in San Francisco. Both Gavin Newsome and London Breed have contributed to the city’s downfall through their actions, impacting everything from public services to overall governance.

Call for Drastic Change

The urgent need for a significant shift in leadership is emphasized, with a focus on replacing Mayor London Breed to initiate much-needed reforms. Proposals for fiscal bankruptcy and strategic restructuring are put forward as essential steps towards restoring accountability, transparency, and effective governance in the city.

Raising Concerns and Implementing Solutions

There is an outcry against the current state of affairs in San Francisco, highlighting issues such as homelessness, budget deficits, and public safety concerns. The plan includes deploying the National Guard, declaring states of emergency, and implementing measures to address these critical challenges comprehensively.

Proposed Solutions Include Declaring Bankruptcy and Deploying the National Guard

Financial Restructuring Plan

After declaring fiscal bankruptcy, San Francisco will undergo a reorganization process to establish a proper budget. Payments will be halted, and focus will shift towards prioritizing areas such as schools, public transportation, and safety to address issues like homelessness and drug-induced streets.

Emergency Response and Public Safety Measures

Following the declaration of a fiscal and public health state of emergency, the National Guard will be deployed to ensure the safety of the city’s streets. This measure aims to restore law and order, making the streets safe for residents and visitors alike by eliminating crime and homelessness.

Social Assistance and Rehabilitation Programs

Efforts will be made to provide facilities tailored specifically for homeless individuals to receive necessary rehabilitation and mental health support. A comprehensive approach will be taken to address homelessness, focusing on both current challenges and preventing future instances through a multifaceted strategy.

Focusing on Solving Homelessness and Creating a Safer Environment

Initiatives to Combat Homelessness and Enhance Safety

We are committed to implementing bold measures to address the homelessness crisis and create a safer environment in San Francisco. These actions include declaring fiscal bankruptcy to reset the city’s financial structure, focusing on essential services like education and public transportation, and prioritizing safety initiatives to eliminate drug-related issues on the streets.

Proposed Emergency Actions for Public Welfare

In response to the pressing challenges faced by the city, a state of fiscal and public health emergency will be declared to enable decisive actions. This will involve deploying the National Guard to restore law and order, ensuring that San Francisco’s streets are free from crime and homelessness, promoting a secure and conducive living environment for all residents.

Strategies for Addressing Homelessness and Health Services

Our comprehensive approach includes setting up dedicated facilities for homeless individuals to receive rehabilitation and mental health support, focusing on both immediate needs and long-term prevention strategies. By instigating a clear directive that sleeping on the streets is unacceptable due to its associated risks, we aim to significantly reduce accidental and preventable deaths and enhance public safety.
